Job Duties
  • Control all staff with regard to duties and responsibilities.
  • Ensure that the grooming and general appearance of personnel conform to established standards.
  • Attends to all complaints and adopts immediate action and keeps the F&B Manager informed of such complaints.
  • Corrects and sits down with those concerned to discuss the problems.
  • Work varied shift schedule including lunch and dinner shifts, opening and closing the restaurant.
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, food sanitation, and quality control of food products.
  • Effectively lead and motivate employees through the implementation of in-house training and incentive plans, resulting in increased productivity levels and employee satisfaction.
  • Supervised the preventative maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facility.
  • Supervised the overall performance of food-service facility and kitchen operations.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Management or related fields.
  • Having worked 2-3 years’ experience with F&B Industry.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work under pressure able multi-task.
  • Flexibility responds to a variety of different situations.
  • Good interpersonal skills, friendly, confident, and communicative.
