Job Duties
  • Train, supervise, develop, counsel, advise, discipline and evaluate staff according to HR policies and procedures
  • Responsible for the efficient running and smooth operations of the assigned F&B outlets
  • Ensure all staff are meeting the Company grooming standards and monitor all standard of procedures are adhered to on daily basis
  • Prepare Duty Roster on weekly basis
  • Ensure all service staff are communicated correctly and meeting all established standards of service consistently
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop exciting monthly promotions
  • Lead, encourage and motivate our people to drive sales and heighten service delivery
  • Ensure waste is minimized and implement cost-savings methods to all F&B outlets
  • Handling of cash, POS system and report of daily sales transactions
  • Responsible for recording daily sales report, ensuring all food and beverage items and products are accounted for
  • Organise all documentations and reports on shift work on a daily basis
  • Responsible of ordering of stocks, inventory control
  • Prepare operational reports for management’s review
  • Supervise store development, facilities maintenance, manage Sub-Franchisee account relations
  • Uphold the good reputation of our F&B brands
  • Perform any other administrative duties and responsibilities assigned by management
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added-bonus
  • Eager to learn new things, flexible and possess a can-do attitude
  • Leadership qualities to lead and communicate
  • Able to define issues and propose solutions
  • Able to accept challenges and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills, friendly, confident and communicative
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related programs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
